Kate Middleton ‘loves’ how much Prince Louis looks like her as fans gush he’s her mini me

YESTERDAY Kate Middleton shared some adorable photos of Prince Louis to celebrate his second birthday – and fans have gushed about how similar they look.

And according to People, the Duchess of Cambridge, 38, has also noticed the likeness and “loves” the comparison.

A friend is said to have told the publication: “Everyone always comments on how Louis is the spitting image of Kate.

“She loves it and thinks it’s very sweet, she often jokes that he’s the only one of her kids who actually looks like her!”

The sweet picture of Prince Louis showed his face covered in rainbow paint as Kate and William joked “Insta v Reality”.

The toddler was snapped playing with paint by mum Kate to celebrate his big day – but the photography session appeared to go awry with the cheeky toddler then plastering the colours all over his face.

Fans were quick to point out how dark-haired Louis takes after his brunette mum Kate, and in the past have likened Charlotte to the Queen.

One person wrote of the new Louis photos: “He looks like his mummy.”

Another added: “I love how much of Kate is coming through.”

The adorable photographs were shared on the KensingtonRoyal Instagram page to the family’s 11.6million followers.

The Cambridges thanked fans for their “lovely messages” on the little boy’s second birthday.

The fifth-in-line to the throne had started painting a rainbow poster to thank the NHS for fighting on the frontlines against coronavirus, when he was photographed by Kate.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are currently home schooling their three children during lockdown at Anmer Hall in Norfolk, as well as spending time baking together.

Kate said: “It’s been ups and downs, like a lot of families. The children have got such stamina, I don’t know how.

“They have had a lovely time but it is amazing how much you can cram into one day. It gets a bit hectic with a two-year-old.”
