MARKS and Spencer have updated their Goodmove collection ready for summer.

Featuring everything from performance wear to relaxed separates the Goodmove Summer Edit has everything you could need.

Catering for sports enthusiasts and newbies, the collection has everything you could want with prices starting at just £5.

The Goodmove Summer Edit welcomes punchy colour block brights, motivational slogan tee's and playful rainbow brights, as well as contrasting contemporary active wear essentials in wearable black, khaki, grey and navy.

There are a number of mix and match separates that fitness fans can layer up during your workout including lightweight gilets, to cooling cropped joggers, printed shorts and coordinating tops featuring breathable fabrics, and moisture wicking technology to keep you cool.

Trainers are also accounted for, with M&S' most sustainable trainer to date.
