Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden, 49, has taken the opportunity to advise people to stay at home during the nationwide lockdown while flaunting her figure in a purple bikini on Instagram. The Heart FM presenter was relaxing in her “freshly mowed” garden while she posed for the camera.

Smiling at the camera, Amanda was fashioning a purple bikini and sunglasses while enjoying the beautiful weather.
Writing to her 1.4 million Instagram followers, Amanda wrote: “I love a freshly mowed lawn #StayAtHome #bikini #selfie.”
While the glowing radio DJ tried to encourage her followers to stay indoors during the coronavirus lockdown, the host received many comments from her fans.
One wrote to Amanda: “You’re so gorgeous, hun! stay safe x.”

The Saturdays star Mollie King told the presenter: “Beauty,” while one of her followers added: “Omg you are so beautiful.”
Another follower then added: “You look phenomenal”.
Meanwhile, before Britain’s Got Talent’s return this weekend, Amanda, who will be judging alongside Simon Cowell, 60, Alesha Dixon, 41, and David Walliams, 48, has spoken out about how she wants the show to lift the spirits of the nation during this unsettling time.
The TV star told the Mail: “People’s whole worlds are just collapsing, but those of us who can have to carry on doing what we do.
“What’s the alternative? Hopefully BGT will be a bit of medicine for the whole country.”
Amanda then went on to say: “I mean that. We need to just connect, to hear other people’s stories, laugh, cry, all those human things that BGT has always been about.”
The star also discussed how “worrying and terrifying” the coronavirus pandemic is.
Amanda continued: “Obviously it’s all so worrying, terrifying really.

Amanda, who has judged BGT since the show began in 2007, recently shared a touching tribute to the NHS, the police and key workers who are “risking their lives” being on the front line during the pandemic.
Sharing the video which features the Urban Voices Collective singing Rise Up, Amanda wrote to her followers: “This is the very talented @urbanvoicescollective and their tribute to #clapforourcarers.
“We & @thisisheart want to thank the @nhswebsite and all the key workers for their remarkable actions and care for their communities.”

The radio presenter continued: “You are an inspiration to us. We’re all in this together, let’s rise up and support our country, our communities, our doctors, nurses, midwives, paramedics, carers, supermarket staff, police, cleaners, vets, teachers, delivery staff, farmers and all those on the front line risking their lives and leaving their loved ones for us every day x.”
The Urban Voices Collective then responded to Amanda to say thank you for sharing their video.
They said: “Thank you so much for sharing Amanda… your so giving and thanks for the kind words… All our love UVC.”
Britain’s Got Talent returns this Saturday at 8pm on ITV.
