Amanda Holden has put her name forward to replace Holly Willoughby on Celebrity Juice, after the TV star announced her decision to leave the show.
The 49 year old Britain’s Got Talent judge said she would “love to” become a team captain on the raunchy ITV2 comedy show.
Holly announced her decision to leave the show earlier this week; a move which was reportedly motivated by her wanting to spend more time with her husband Dan Baldwin and three children Harry, ten, Belle, nine, and Chester, five.

Speaking to Huffington Post about stepping into 39 year old Holly’s shoes, Amanda said: “I would love it, but it is hard work because they film for blinking hours.”
Amanda, who’s daughter Hollie recently claimed Simon Cowell had split from Lauren Silverman, has previously appeared on Celebrity Juice to fill in for Holly, so she is well aware of what outrageous antics she would be subjected to by host Keith Lemon, AKA Leigh Francis.
She added: “I remember when I filled in for Holly, I was like ‘Yeah! I’ll come and do that’. But obviously I do Heart Breakfast, which I get up for at 5.30am, they film it over in Elstree and I’m not joking, it takes about four hours and they don’t finish until really late.

“So I would say yes, I’d love to, but it takes too long!”
However, Amanda says she would bring a different dynamic to the show than This Morning star Holly, as she’s “up for anything”.
The Heart Radio Breakfast star added: “I know Holly is not goodie-goodie by any means, but that’s what she plays, and I always think it’s better to watch someone who is straighter doing things out of their comfort zone.
“Everyone knows I’m up for anything, so it’s not as funny.”
Despite putting her name forward, Amanda isn’t the fan favourite to replace Holly on the comedy panel programme.
Michelle Keegan is currently the favourite to fill in the blonde TV star’s shoes.
Coral's spokesman John Hill recently exclusively told OK! online it would come as "no surprise" if Michelle was to join the show.
He said: “After leaving her role in Our Girl, Michelle Keegan is likely to have some time on her hands so we make her one of the front-runners to replace Holly Willoughby on Celebrity Juice.
“The popular actress has been a hit on the show before so it would be no surprise if she took up the role permanently.”

Despite the flurry of bets, Mark Wright’s wife, 32, has said she is not in talks with the Celeb Juice bosses just yet.
Speaking to Alex Jones on The One Show from her lavish living room she said: “I can officially say that's not true. Don't get me wrong, I'm a massive fan of the show.
“I love the show, I find it hilarious. But, at the minute, no, no, that's not true.”
