Ben captioned the post: “Can’t quite believe another year has gone past, suddenly this one feels all more poignant because of what’s happening.”
He went on to say: “16 yrs married to @mrsannieshephard 25 years together and it’s fair to say the current climate is seriously testing the strength of her feelings towards me.
“As for me, I still can’t quite believe my luck!!”

Ben captioned the post: “Stunning end to the day – with a few holes at #wpgc.
He added: “The course is in great nick and Jack certainly did this hole justice!! #golf @wimbledonparkgolfjunioracademy.”
Speaking to OK!, Ben spoke of how his sons have been keeping him busy to help with his mental health.
Ben said: “My two boys keep me very busy.
“We’ve been doing a bit of juggling, and it’s got quite competitive learning new tricks.
“Exercise is my meditation. I stop thinking about everything and focus on the next challenge – whether it’s running or cycling or doing a HIIT session online.
“I love all the stuff being offered by people on Instagram or YouTube.
“It’s a distraction that we all need right now. If it only helps one person, it’s more than enough.”
Ninja Warrior UK is on ITV tonight at 6.30pm
