Caroline Flack’s grief-stricken boyfriend Lewis Burton shares poignant tribute

Caroline Flack 's grief-stricken boyfriend Lewis Burton has admitted he longs to "kiss and cuddle" her and still can't believe she's gone.

The telly star was found dead at her home in London on February 15 after taking her own life.

The tragedy left her boyfriend Lewis devastated, and he has paid tribute to his lost love a month on.

In a post on Instagram, he shared pictures of the pair together and confessed he still expects to wake up with her every day.

He wrote: "It’s already been a month I love and miss you so much, I never thought that one day I will never be able to see or speak to you again.

"I wake up and think you’re going to be laying next to me or you’re going to call me in a minute.

"It just doesn’t seem real. I wish I could give you a kiss and a cuddle and say everything is going to be ok.

"I am so grateful I met you I just want to make you proud."

Lewis' message comes shortly after Caroline's mother opened up about her funeral, revealing the private service was held in her native Norfolk and was attended by a number of her famous friends.

Caroline, 40, took her own life days after it was confirmed her trial over an alleged assault on Lewis was going ahead.

She was charged with assault by beating after a row with him at her London flat late last year.

Caroline pleaded not guilty and her boyfriend always maintained her innocence.

However, a judge ruled the pair should be separated before the trial and she was banned from having any contact with him after the incident.
