First Dates star Fred Sirieix is nearing 50 but that doesn’t mean to say that the French maître d is slowing down.
The 48 year old became engaged to his fiancee who he affectionally calls Fruitcake back in March, and has now revealed that he has “never enjoyed sex as much as now”.
In an interview with the Sun on Sunday, the blue-eyed romantic revealed: “I think it's a confidence thing and meeting another person who feels exactly the same way as me.

“I like myself much more than when I was 20, I’m a better human being than when I was 20. It’s that overall wisdom.”
The loved-up TV star then went on to describe what it was like meeting Fruitcake for the first time on the street back in 2018, saying: “It was so beautiful. When I saw her I fell in love and she smiled because she knew.”
He then continued: “We went for a drink and we were all over each other.”
Fred announced his engagement to the star in March sharing a sweet snap of himself and his love, writing "#fruitcake said yes ,” along with a chocolate bar, a red heart and a diamond ring emoji.
Fred also revealed that he and Fruitcake would be headwind to Jamaica to get married, stating: “We are delighted. As soon as all this is over we are off to Negril for a party on the beach”.

Although Fred is usually rather private about Fruitcake and fans do not know too much about his stunning partner, they have been dating site 2018.
In an interview with Fabulous magazine at the time, the Frenchman said: “Occasionally, I'll go for a little wine and some tapas after work with my partner, who I like to call 'fruitcake'.
“It's nice to have a relaxing conversation and chill out when you've had a long day. If I do get the chance to be in the kitchen, I love making fresh pasta. I find rolling it out very therapeutic and I get flour everywhere; it's great fun.
“In the evenings I like nothing more than sitting down with a beer and watching something on Netflix.”
