Martine McCutcheon showed off her sleek appearance to followers as she headed out of the house in a chic all-black outfit on Monday.
The 45 year old Love Actually star looked beaming in a series of photos she posted of her casual daytime look on Instagram, which consisted of an knit jumper, leggings and a pair of flashy white and neon green panelled trainers.
Martine wore her dark long hair high up in a bun in the pics and added a pair of large black sunglasses.
She also donned a black designer cross-body bag with gold-tone detailing, bringing some glamour to her ensemble as she captioned the snap: "She’s “out out” for a walk folks!
"I know it doesn’t sound like anything brilliant – But I’ve had one of those days where it’s taken me FOREVER to get myself out of the door today! Jacks pacing about like a mad man as he did the school run this morning and he’s losing the will to live!
"Even the dogs are rolling their eyes at me…But sometimes I just have SO much to do and think of that no one else would even dream of sorting in the family! It’s overwhelming me!
"Right – I’m off! Note for the day: Do things at your own pace, in your own time…The world can wait…#truetho #monday #couldntgetoutthedoor."
The actress later uploaded a clip to Instagram Stories of her walkabout with husband Jack McManus and their dogs, appearing in happy spirits as she said: “Yay! I did it, I'm out – she's out out! Woohoo!”
Martine was seen wearing a black puffer coat to go with her all-black outfit in the footage as she turned to her husband and asked: “How hard was it to get me out today?”
“Three hours!” Jack replied.
The Laurence Olivier Award winning star’s outing comes after she spokeexclusively to OK!last month about how her fitness regime has developed over the years.
After having her weight be a target of discussion at points in her career, Martine said she now does what “works for [her]” and has learnt to be the “best version” of herself.
“I think it takes a long time to work out what your own recipe is,” she said.
“It's taken me such a long time to look through all the stuff that's out there, and do just what works for me. So it's not as simple as just going on a crazy diet. I just feel it's really important to encourage women to just be the best version of themselves.
"The 80/20 rule is what works for me. For 80% of my week, I will have mainly just healthy proteins, vegetables and fruit, organic and veggie juices, and Flora ProActiv spread. And then I'll have treats 20% of the time."
