Mary-Kate Olsen and her estranged husband Olivier Sarkozy are going through a divorce, and things are reportedly getting “very ugly” between them.
“It’s gotten very ugly between them,” an insider told E! News, adding it’s a “heated divorce…She’s done with constant drama.”
Mary-Kate‘s attorneys reportedly got an email from her husband’s attorneys this week, giving her a May 18 deadline to get her things out of their New York City apartment.
She then reportedly asked for an extension to May 30, but he has not yet responded. She cannot meet the deadline due to quarantine guidelines in the city, according to paperwork obtained by the outlet, and the only way she can protect her property is by filing a divorce petition that would trigger “an automatic court order preventing him from disposing of her property.”
Mary-Kate reportedly signed a petition for divorce back in April, but was informed courts were not accepting filings amid the ongoing global crisis, so she’s now requested an emergency order to file, including a request of their prenuptial agreement being enforced.
Mary-Kate is reportedly quarantining outside of New York City with her sister Ashley and friends.
