Mille Mackintosh shares a video opening up about her struggles with breastfeeding
"I just don't like the term, 'getting my body back,' because I think it’s a new body, it's different, you've given birth. So, it's not your old body anymore."
Millie, whose husband is Hugo Taylor, has also been applauded for her real approach to breastfeeding after she shared a candid picture of herself feeding her baby girl Sienna.
In the snap, Millie can be seen lying down on her side whilst wearing a black top and sunglasses as her little bundle of joy feeds.
She captioned it: "My favourite way to feed her," alongside the hashtag #normalisebreastfeeding.
Thousands of her followers were quick to gush over how honest she is on her social media channel about what it's like to be a new mum.
Praising the star for sharing the snap, one person wrote: "Thank you for using your platform to help others understand and see that it’s normal and healthy xx".
A second chimed: "Your new-mother content is real and much appreciated. You both look beautiful, thanks for sharing your honest post birth journey." alongside a red heart emoji and a baby emoji.
Another congratulated her for mastering breastfeeding while lying on her side as they said: "Well done figuring the lying down feeding with babe number 1 took me 3 to get this nailed! It’s the best though for your back and rest!!!!". [sic]
While a fourth added: "Same! So lovely to feed and cuddle. Really helped me in the early days when exhausted and recovering physically. You are brilliantly showing some of the reality of new mum life. X".
