Celebs Go Dating star Alison Hammond has boasted of her excellent bedroom skills after managing to shift weight last year.
The This Morning star, who recently appeared in the latest series of Celebs Go Dating, opened up on her sexual escapades and what she looks for in a dream man during a recent interview.
Following her stint on the popular E4 Dating programme, the 46-year-old was spotted cosying up to Ben Kusi, an audiovisual technician, who she met on the programme.
She has previously discussed her energetic bedroom prowess to The Sun, explaining her time on Strictly Come Dancing helped her flexibility during the sheets.
She said: "I did Strictly Come Dancing and I was actually quite good. I like my body and I like the way it moves. Yes, I take a bit of extra space, but I can dance and I’m great in bed!"
When Closer magazine asked if she sticks by her previous remarks, she exclaimed: "Babes, once you're good in bed, you're always good in bed. Of course, it still stands!"
Prior to her stint on Celebs Go Dating, she discussed her ideal partner, admitting he has to be "caring" and doesn't mind whipping up a feast in the kitchen.
"My dream guy has to be respectful and kind, and he has to be really good at massaging my feet, massaging is quite important," she said.
"He's also got to be someone who thinks about me, all the nice qualities I've ever wanted. Someone who's caring and might run my bath for me or cook for me when I get home."
While she has been a regular on dating website Plenty of Fish, and app, Tinder, she admitted she still gets nervous before a prospective date.

"It's good to get out there and date. I think it's important; it's enjoyable. I loved it," she added.
While she is looking for love, she insisted her 13-year-old son Aidan, who she shares with ex Noureddine Boufaied, has to get on with her new partner – and would only introduce them if it was serious and felt right.
"My dream guy is someone who will get on with Aidn. I'm really funny about introducing someone to my son," she told the publication.
