A half-heart pendant isn’t the only meaningful jewelry Ana de Armas is wearing these days.
Over the past month, the 32-year-old “Knives Out” star has been constantly photographed running errands and walking her dog with boyfriend Ben Affleck while wearing a symbolic — and quite pricey — piece of sparkle by celebrity-loved brand Foundrae.
Her 18K gold “Strength” necklace ($8,515) features a large pendant adorned with a lion’s head, dotted with diamonds and suspended from a heavy chain.
“Strength is within. We all have it, but sometimes it wanes, and sometimes we really need to call on it. The Strength collection reminds us that it is there,” the product description reads.
De Armas customized the piece by adding a white enamel medallion with a crescent moon ($3,300), a symbol the brand says “represents the journey of growing everyday, of pushing the line of compromise closer to the values we hold in regard.”
According to Foundrae’s co-founder and creative director Beth Bugdaycay, each of the company’s heirloom-style gems is “a tool of self-discovery & self-expression. Each wearer’s personal compilation is a way to help communicate more openly about how each of us got here as well as what we envision our next chapter to be.”
