Argos is doing two for £30 on toys including paddling pools, playhouses, prams, and water slides

Keeping the kids busy during lockdown isn’t easy, and as the weather heats up and they want to be outside it’s going to be even harder.

If you have a garden, it’s a great time to get it ready for summer, and make extra space for little ones to play and stay occupied.

Argos has a new deal that might make that a little easier, with two toys fror £30 – including paddling pools and slides.

And, if you don’t have a garden, there’s still plenty to choose from, including a Peppa Pig playhouse and prams and dolls.

105 different toys are included in the offer, and there are big discounts to be had as some of the original prices go up to £25 each.

So, if you go for the more expensive items, you could save £20.

The deal is available until July 25, giving you plenty of time to stock up and make your home and garden a lockdown haven.

Delivery costs from £3.95, or you can opt for click and collect at Argos concessions at Sainsbury’s, making it easy to pick up your toys when you’re doing your regular grocery shop.

One of the top picks out of the sale is a Chad Valley Pirate Ship Paddling Pool, which can also be used as a ball pit. It comes with a water gun that can be hooked up to a hose, too, and is normally £25.

There’s also a set of goals included in the offer (normally £20). There’s your daily exercise sorted with the added bonus of getting beaten by your kids during a kickabout.

If your outdoor space is large enough, the Chad Valley water slide is bound to delight your children. It’s normally £18, and measures 549cm long, connecting to a hose pipe that sprays water.

Not to worry if you’re sans garden, though. You can grab a Play Doh barbershop set, Cars 3 Lightning McQueen remote control car, or Marvel Superheroes play tent, among a whole host of other things to make the days in lockdown more fun.
