Bride slammed for stealing identical twin sister’s boyfriend – and marrying him

A woman has been shamed in an online group for stealing her sister’s boyfriend – and marrying him.

The bride, from North Carolina, USA, slept with her twin sister’s then boyfriend and going on to wed him.

Posting in the Facebook group “ That’s it, I’m Wedding Shaming (non ban-happy edition) ” a woman wrote: “So, there’s a girl that lives in my hometown… we will call her Sister One.

“Her twin sister, I’ll call her Sister Two, was dating a guy and Sister One decided to go behind her back and have relations with this guy.”

Relations was later clarified to mean sexual intercourse.

The poster continued: “The guy ends up leaving Sister Two to be with Sister One.

“You guessed it, they then got married.”

Attached to the post were several photographs of Sister One’s wedding day including a purple cake with Mr & Mrs as a topper and a snap of her wedding gown.

Other members of the group were quick to just on the post which now has nearly 200 comments and 346 likes.

One person wrote: “A trashy wedding for trashy people – they’re both a**holes.”

Another said: “I have a twin and could never imagine doing something like this to her.

“I would never even talk to a guy she dated because it’s weird to me.”

A third wrote: “As a twin mom, this breaks my heart.

“I can’t imagine my boys doing that to each other.”

One person damned the wedding and said: “He’s gross and she’s even grosser for betraying her sister.

“Someone who she literally shared the womb with – I hope their marriage doesn’t last for S**t.”

Some joked about the situation with a woman posting: “A halter dress? What in the early 00s is that travesty?”

Another said: “Did the guy know the swap happened?”

While others weren’t so quick to judge, saying: “Maybe the first sister was a psychopath and this pair fell in love because they’re better suited personality-wise?

“I reserve my judgement.”

A further poster shared a similar experience, and said: “I know someone this happened to, identical twins as well.

“The couple just took off and got married – from what I remember the girls never spoke again and the one left behind died from a brain tumour several years later.

She added: “The situation created a huge rift in the whole family.”
