CHELSEA have been handed a transfer boost with Serge Gnabry's contract talks with Bayern Munich reportedly 'hitting complications'.
The former Arsenal and West Brom winger, 26, has become one of the hottest properties in Europe since leaving the Premier League.
Bayern are desperate to extend his contract at the Allianz.
But according to German newspaper Bild, discussions are 'getting complicated'.
The report adds that Chelsea and Tottenham are 'interested' and that the star 'likes London'.
The German international has scored 59 goals and 39 assists in 157 appearances for Bayern.
And that has helped them to win three Bundesliga titles, two DFB-Pokal cups and the Champions League during that period.
Gnabry is now in the final 18 months of his contract.

Sky Germany recently reported that Bayern have so far failed to meet his salary demands – leading an array of clubs to begin circling.
As well as Chelsea and Tottenham, Manchester United, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Barcelona are all believed to be monitoring Gnabry's situation.
Next January will be when Gnabry is able to sign a pre-contract arrangement with a foreign club to leave for nothing.
But the German outfit are confident that he will eventually agree terms and stay until 2026 or 2027 – with the attacker also believed to be keen to stay.
Bayern boss Julian Nagelsmann recently said: “I would wish for nothing more than that he would extend.”
