Molly-Mae Hague didn't let a last minute holiday derail her new healthy lifestyle after she revealed how she had overhauled her diet and workout regime while in Ibiza.

The Love Island star, who booked a flight with her boyfriend Tommy Fury and jetted off to the Spanish isle within eight hours, explained that she wasn't going to get carried away just because they had gone away.

And after being left upset with trolls who made comments about how she looked in a bikini, the 21 year old explained that for the past couple of months she had been "working so hard" to "get in good shape" after leaving the ITV2 reality show last summer.

Taking to her YouTube channel, Molly-Mae posted a vlog of their Ibiza getaway which they decided to "spontaneously book" the night before.

Adding: "Why not life is too short…"

After complaining about the hotel they were staying in being "extortionate" and getting moved to a new more spacious room, Molly-Mae and Tommy made use of the gym facilities.

She said that they were going to have a different experience to their previous luxury trip to the Maldives where they had indulged.

“This is going to be a very different blog to the Maldives, we have a very healthy lifestyle now. We are going to the gym in the morning," Molly-Mae confirmed following an evening out to dinner.

The next day the fashion influencer, who has a whopping 4.3m Instagram followers, shared a peek at her workout routine.

Donning all black workout gear, the reality star got to work with a pair of dumbbell weights in each hand, firstly holding them to her chest to do squats.

After several reps Molly-Mae then switched to doing a set of deadlifts with the weights held in the middle as she pulled up.

And then after a brief look at her workout Molly-Mae went off for a breakfast of a fruit bowl, while Tommy chowed down on an egg and mushroom omelette.

Their healthy eating didn't stop their, in between pink gin and lemonade cocktails, the couple enjoyed meals like a chicken and rice bowl as well as a salmon salad.

Molly-Mae said of her chicken dish: "I'm not even exactly sure what this is, but it's one of the nicest thing I’ve ever eaten."

There was also chicken stir fry on the menu, Caesar salad, as well as more fruit, but it wasn't all fun and games for the TV pair who complained about being snapped by the paparazzi.

Molly-Mae said following the shots of her in a bikini: "We need to figure out something to do where we won’t get popped because every single location we’ve been tapped which is really not ideal.

"They’ve been getting some really flattering pictures of me in my bikini… not. And it’s just really annoying because I’ve been working so hard the last two months to really get in a good shape after coming off the show…"

One of her fans had defended Molly-Mae against trolls, shareding a screen grab of some of the horrible comments and wrote on Twitter: "These comments are so vile.

“'Awful' and 'lardy' is apparently how to describe a normal woman's body??"

And Molly-Mae hit back herself at the vile comments, as she replied: "I would genuinely love to know who writes these comments? Like how can you actually write s*** like that and sleep at night? Beyond me."

The Pretty Little Thing ambassador also had to slam trolls who were claiming she had "over-edited" her photos.

Taking to Instagram, the reality star has now shared a live photo in which she can be seen posing in shorts and a bikini top for a recent Instagram photo on board a yacht during the holiday.

Molly-Mae wrote: “I just had to say this. One last thing. For people saying I ‘over edit’ my pictures… here’s the live version.”

She added: “You guys have absolutely no idea what these paparazzi cameras do to your body. They make you look triple your size, I’ve even had paps add details to my cellulite so that they can sell the pictures for more money. I don’t owe anyone an explantation and I never rise to comments but this has really frustrated me.

“LIGHTING, ANGLES, OUTFITS AND ME KNOWING IM HAVING MY PHOTO TAKEN MAY POTENTIALLY BE THE REASON AS TO WHY I LOOK DIFFERENT. Rant over,” Molly-Mae wrote.

Molly-Mae addressed the issue in the vlog adding: "When you get papped and you're unaware of being papped… Every time it’s been on boats. They come on jet skis and boats… I look out for it all the time.

'They’ve been catching us kissing and all sorts of weird stuff. I just want to try and find somewhere to sit in a bikini because I’ve been wearing swimming costumes the past couple of days and now my stomach is completely white and the rest of me is all tanned…"
