Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid grace our screens most mornings to clue us up on what’s going on in the world on Good Morning Britain, but the dynamic duo decided to take a break recently, to spend some time with their families.
Piers, 55, revealed that reporting on the coronavirus pandemic has been tiring and that the hosts will take some time off.
Joking about staying at home during the break, Susanna asked Piers if he would be going anywhere nice, to which he replied: “I’m going upstairs!”

However it turns out Piers didn't go upstairs but instead jetted off to France with his family in tow.
The star posted a photo online, captioned: "I’m a washed up, knackered pathetic excuse for a celebrity… get me outta here. Bye Britain, it’s been… surreal.”
So, as Piers takes some time to chill out, here’s a look at the television presenter’s family and who he's spending time with.
Who is Piers married to?
Piers is married to Celia Walden and has been since 2010. In an interview with Amanda Holden on Heart FM Piers opened up about how he and Celia first met.
He revealed: “I was doing a speech in front of 1000 people – magazine editors – in some fancy hotel in Mayfair and I absolutely died on my backside to the extent that they were openly jeering me, and the only person that was laughing was Celia, who I’d never met, and I went 'who’s that?'

"She said 'that just bombed' and I said, 'I thought that was hilarious' but she was laughing really at my discomfort. So I realised then that she would be perfect bride material!"
Celia is a British journalist, novelist, and critic and has written books, Babysitting George and Harm's Way.
Before marrying Celia, 44, Piers was married to Marion Shalloe, who he wed in 1991, and later split from in 2008.
Marion was a hospital ward nurse and the pair have since been very tight-lipped about the demise of their marriage and are reportedly on good terms.
How many children does Piers have?
While Piers might be one of the toughest journalists going, when the cameras aren’t rolling, the 55 year old is a hands-on dad.
Piers has three grown-up sons, Albert Douglas Morgan, Spencer William Morgan and Stanley Christopher Morgan. He also has a younger daughter named Elise, who is eight.
Piers shares his three sons with his first wife Marion, and daughter Elise with his current wife, Celia.
Fans of the presenter were recently left swooning over Piers’ “handsome” sons after he posted a photo of them on social media.

Taking to social media, the presenter shared a screen grab of his FaceTime conversation with Spencer, 26, and Albert, 19.
But plenty of the comments on the post gushed over the pair, who are seen holding up the family dog, Conor, to the camera.
Piers jokingly captioned the image: “Conor definitely wins the Quarantine FaceTime facial hair contest.”
One fan wrote on the snap: “Your boys are so handsome – you must be proud", while a second added: “Beautiful sons.” A third person wrote: “Wow. Good looking sons!”
And Piers' sons have accompanied him on holiday to France, leading fans to gush even more about the young men.
Posting a topless pool photo to his 11,000 Instagram followers, Piers' youngest son Bertie wrote "see you in September," leading fans to go wild over his impressive physique.
"Wow look at those abs!" one person gushed, while another penned: "Wowww," followed by two fire emojis. [sic]
Whilst spending time at his London home during lockdown, it seems Piers has also had the opportunity for some quality dad-daughter time too, and has shared a few snaps of himself with daughter Elise, clapping for carers and playing a game of spillikin.
What do Piers’ sons do?
Piers’ eldest son Spencer, 26, enjoys the luxury lifestyle with his celebrity friends and can often be seen posting pictures of super yachts, having lunch with the likes of Alan Sugar or hanging out with Beyonce.
Spencer made headlines in 2019 when he falsely announced he’d be heading into the Love Island villa. Speaking about it on Good Morning Britain at the time, Piers said: “My sons get approached for these shows but they know I'll write them out of the will if they go on.”
Stanley Morgan, Piers’ second eldest, works as an actor and fans of the presenter have often urged his 22 year old son to sign up for Love Island, after he shared a topless snap of himself on social media in 2019.

Albert Morgan is Piers’ youngest son, 19, and he recently finished his A-Levels. Piers recently revealed that Albert had showed signs of coronavirus, saying: “One of my sons had it in a much milder way. My youngest boy.
"I think most people are associating (lack of taste and smell) that with the virus, it’s a very unnerving thing to get."
