Piers Morgan slams troll who took selfie but then threatened to ‘open him up’

Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid welcomed John Barrowman into the Good Morning Britain studio on Wednesday and spoke briefly about an unsettling experience they'd had at the TRIC Awards on Tuesday.

They shared photographs that another attendee had taken with them, smiling before posting them on Twitter with cruel captions.

John's has been deleted, however, the screenshot on GMB read: "Don't get a photo with John Barrowman. This **** thinks it's an invitation to the *****. "

Meanwhile, the one featuring Piers and Susanna read: "Just got my photo taken with Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid. What a complete c*** he is."

He added the hashtag "shall I open him up", with Piers alleging that the phrase "is obviously suggesting that he would knife me".

Piers responded on Twitter, saying: "Aww, so brave! Next time, have the balls to say it to my face, you snivelling cowardly little twerp."

The social media user has now deleted this tweet too.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain, John said: "For some reason, because I had a picture with him, I immediately wanted to have some sexual meeting with him in the toilet."

Piers lamented: "What does it say about modern life that we would take time out at an award show to do a picture and they do that?"

John suggested: "I think it's obviously someone that might need to go and talk to someone about some things, because they've got issues themselves."
