In the video, the royal begins by showing off her toy unicorn and saying: ‘So today, I have Unicorn because guess what, he’s very special, because he’s got his tutti frutti rainbow and he decided he wanted to wear his tutu.

‘So Unicorn and I are going to read Paddington and the Tutti Frutti Rainbow by Michael Bond. Are you sitting comfortably. Are you listening?’

In another clip, Fergie shared a video of Sam Branson reading I Am Human: A Book of Empathy by Susan Verde, while playing guitar.

The royal is sharing the videos to her new Youtube channel ‘Storytime with Fergie and Friends’ daily to encourage little ones to read while in lockdown.

In another clip posted today, Fergie read ‘What’s Going On by Donna Claire’ as she can be seen sitting in the garden of the Royal Lodge

And despite being at home amid the coronavirus pandemic, she has had no shortage of famous faces joining her, with Michael Whitehall recently reading a story in a video shared to the page.

In another clip posted today, Fergie read: ‘ What’s Going On by Donna Claire.’

She begins the clip by saying: ‘Hi boys and girls. It’s quite interesting because so many people have said to me how to you explain to children what’s going on.

‘So somebody sent me this extraordinary little book actually, and it’s called “What’s going on? Asked Belinda Fitzjohn’

The short book tells the tale of a young child as she navigates a new ‘normal’ while the Covid-19 pandemic disrupts her daily life.
