BBC Breakfast viewers were left baffled after Jon Kay and Sally Nugent busted out moves with glow sticks in 'cringeworthy' scenes.
Viewers got a shock when the cameras returned to the studio after a weather forecast to find it in semi-darkness aside from the two presenters holding glow sticks.
As they explained how the next segment was about virtual reality raves and how it gave people the chance to step back into the 80s and 90s, Jon then started busting some moves.
Sally was impressed by his antics and said: "Jon look at your moves!"
However, she didn't seem to have as much enthusiasm for dancing and wasn't sure how to do 'big fish, little fish, cardboard box'.
Jon showed her and said: "We're clubbing, we are back in the 80s and 90s because if raving for you is…"

Sally then interrupted him by laughing before he asked: "Do I look cool?"
His co-star said he did before he joked he had put his back out with his gyrations and needed to sit down.
As the lights went back up in the studio, baffled viewers took to Twitter.
One wrote: "Wtf is this rave slot??"
