GEMMA Collins has told fans she’s focusing on her health and cooking from scratch as she shared a new weight loss snap on Monday.
The TOWIE star looked incredible as she showed off the results of her efforts, telling her followers that she feels “so much better”.
Gemma wrote: “I’ve been concentrating solely on my health recently and feel so much better because I have had TIME!!!!! Yes TIME !!! to focus on it.
“No eating out and having to cook from scratch. I do have Saturdays off to have whatever I want however use the next 3 weeks wisely, keep a positive mindset try and stick to routine in the week I find it helps.”
Fans were quick to praise Gemma on her new look.
One wrote: “You look amazing! You’ve inspired me to make an effort today.”
Another said: “How have you lost the weight? You look incredible.”
A third added: “You look so calm, happy and relaxed. Truly looking after your spirit and soul suits you.”
Gemma has continued to show off her impressive weight loss during isolation.
Last week the star looked radiant in a flowery summer dress.
Last year, Gemma revealed she'd gradually lost over three stone and aimed to lose a further three to bring her down to a size 16.
She put the weight loss down to beginning training for Dancing on Ice combined with a healthier diet.
The TOWIE star told The Sun Online exclusively: "I'd be really happy if I lost six stone as that would bring me down to 12 stone and a size 16."
But she said losing weight isn’t about trying to become more body confident.
She said: "I've always been beautiful no matter what size I have been. When I look in the mirror naked, I think I look like a sexy mama.
I've always been confident in the bedroom. I love every inch in my body.
"In fact, I have so much self esteem, if I could bottle it and sell it, I would be a billionaire overnight."
Gemma continued: "This is really all about health for me. Being overweight hasn't affected my life at all… I am fabulous and it has never stopped me from doing anything. But the older you get, you have to think about your health."
