JENNIFER Lopez proved she's keeping in high spirits during quarantine with a trampoline photo shoot.
The Let's Get Loud singer, 50, stunned in a white mini dress as she jumped around in the snaps, before sharing her tips on staying positive amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Jennifer complimented her white halterneck dress with large hoop earrings and tousled hair.
She grinned at the camera while pulling a series of gravity-defying poses in the air during the shoot.
In the lengthy caption, the mom-of-two said she likes to think of three things she's "grateful" for every morning and night.
The Hustlers actress explained: "In this time, when it’s so easy to get down and think of all the things going wrong and what we don’t have and don’t know the answers to."
J-Lo went on: "I make it a habit to say three things I’m grateful for as soon as I open my eyes and then at night when I’m lying in bed I list three good things out loud that happened that day.
"Could be anything… and I try to change them so they are not the same everyday. Stay positive and stay safe. ??"
Jennifer – who is engaged to Alex Rodriguez – signed off: "Love you and miss you all… together we will soon be."
The Maid In Manhattan star's celebrity pals were loving her shoot, with Kourtney Kardashian enthusing: "I used to do this! Such a good reminder to start again!"
Meanwhile, Jennifer's fiance Alex commented appreciatively: "love this baby."
The star is currently in lockdown in Miami, with her twins, Max, and Emme, both 12, Alex, 44, and his two daughters, Natasha,15 and Ella, 12.
The songstress has been posting plenty of sultry looks during quarantine, most recently stripping down to a plunging swimsuit to celebrate World Earth Day.
Posing in the pool in her one-piece, she wrote: "Mother Earth. Be conscious of how you treat her."
“Love her and she will keep you forever. #HappyEarthDay.”
And on Sunday, Jennifer gave fans a glimpse into her first rehearsal for her Super Bowl Halftime Show performance with Shakira.
In two of the final videos, she's discussing the dance moves with Shakira before they do a little booty shake and JLo does a somersault.
Lopez and Shakira set the stage on fire for their electrifying performance during their highly-anticipated Super Bowl LIV halftime show back in February.
The Waiting for Tonight singer lit up the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida with a sexy pole dance alongside the Hips Don't Lie superstar, 43, who looked red hot for the performance of their careers.
Shakira took the stage first in a gorgeous red sparkly dress and showed off her signature hips as she seductively danced across the stage with a rope.
She crowd-surfed through a section of her medley of hits – which included She Wolf, Whenever, Wherever and Hips Don't Lie – joined by a sea of dancers in matching red costumes and Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny.
J. Lo sang next for a sexy performance of her most famous songs which included Jenny From the Block, I'm Real, Get Right, Booty and On the Floor.
Meanwhile, last month ARod joked that he and Jennifer will have a “cheap drive-by wedding” instead of a lavish affair, after being forced to cancel their big day due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Alex told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show that Ehis daughter lla’s quarantine party had almost 300 cars driving past their home to obey the social distancing order.
He added: “We had a drive-through party, and we said maybe we will have a drive-through wedding! It’ll be cheaper!”
Getting more serious, ARod told the host: “We have to go with the flow now — everything is fluid — and just pause and see where the world takes us.”
