ROB Kardashian was awarded $45,000 in a lawsuit after Blac Chyna's former friend accused him of hiring a hitman.
A Los Angeles judge ordered Chyna's former friend, Justin "Pilot" Jones, pay Rob his attorney's fees after unsuccessfully filing a lawsuit, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.
Jones sued both Rob and Chyna in 2017 after the claimant accused them of outing him as a bisexual man and threatening him on social media.
Also, Jones says they blamed him for leaking a photo of him and Chyna kissing online and accused him of selling the photo, according to the showbiz site.
He accused them of outing him as bisexual on Instagram and leaking his phone number to their followers.
Jones denied being the leak of the photos but says the pair convinced their social media followers otherwise.
He demanded $2million in damages after claiming his life was ruined by the events.
Both Chyna and Kardashian denied the allegations and demanded they be dismissed.
The judge dismissed all but one claim against the defendants, which is still ongoing.
Rob then asked for $60,000 to cover his attorney fees and the judge granted him $45,109.01.
During the lawsuit, Jones submitted to the court screenshots of an alleged text conversation between Chyna and Rob. In it, he pointed out several threats saying he would hire a "hitman".
This isn't the only court battle the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been in recently as his request for primary custody of daughter Dream was rejected.
Reality star Rob is allegedly only able to spend time with his daughter during weekend visits with a "monitor" present.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, a Los Angeles judge denied the emergency motion Rob filed last month.
While the motion was turned down for an immediate decision from the judge, Rob will still be allowed to plead his case in court, the outlet says.
