This Morning presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby spoke to very flexible 100-year-old Marion on the show, who wowed them with her flexibility.
As she proved that she could put her leg behind her head, she said she only managed to do it "through sheer determination."
As she showed off her flexibility by lifting both legs up to her head before putting one behind it, the pair were stunned as Holly admitted she wouldn't be able to do the same.
Viewers were left in hysterics as Marion showed off her flexible legs, as they rushed to comment on the hilarious segment.
She also got viewers giggling as she said she "needed a cup of tea" after exerting herself live on TV.
One fan wrote: "So pleased I have the day off or else I would've missed the 100yr old gymnast flinging her legs over her shoulders on the This Morning sofa. Gotta love a bit of daytime telly."
Another added: "Well good on her, she’s moving more than me!"
A third chipped in: "She's 100 and can do that, wow!"
A fourth wrote: "How can a 100 year old do that and I can't?"
Meanwhile, it seems Marion started a trend as Holly and Phil then cut across to soap expert Sharon Marshall, who also lifted her arm up on the air.
Presenter Alice Beer tried to do the same but got her leg stuck, as she shouted at the camera: "Ambulance! Ambulance!" as Sharon rushed to help her.
Poor Alice took a few minutes to recover as she told Holly and Phil she needed to "put her hips back in place".
