Ulrika Jonsson suffered a nightmare during Sunday's first gruelling episode of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
The 54-year-old presenter had to be taken to an ambulance where she was treated for hypothermia – after she was left without any feeling in her toes or fingers.
It comes as the Swedish star has joined the Channel 4 survival series, which is set in the remote island of Raasay in the Scottish Hebrides, alongside Kerry Katona, Wes Nelson and Vicky Pattison.
The first episode, which aired on Sunday night, saw Ulrika and her co-stars take part in a cold water swimming challenge before having to take off running as quickly as possible with their equipment.
Ulrika was left shivering during the rough water challenge, but her instructors told her to press on with the task and "push herself".
However, Ulrika was visibly shaking, and confessed to the instructors: "It is so cold, I have no feeling in my toes or fingers."
The episode turned even more tense when a medic was called over to attend to the presenter, and it was revealed that she appeared to be experiencing mild symptoms of hypothermia.
The star had to be taken to an ambulance where she had to be warmed up and treated for the condition.
