Police issue CCTV footage of men hurling punches and throwing victims to the ground in vicious ‘wild west’ style bar brawl

Shocking CCTV footage of men hurling punches and throwing victims to the ground in a vicious bar brawl has been released by police.

The dramatic clip captures the moment a fight erupted inside Shooters Sports Bar in Birmingham on December 7 last year, leaving one drinker with a broken jaw.

Three men are seen inside the bar in the footage, before another group suddenly approaches them and begins an ‘attack’ in the premises. 

In one moment, a man throws his drink over another before crashing to the ground and taking another drinker down with him.

Security then ordered all of the men to leave the club but the fight continued outside and one man sustained a fractured jaw. 

West Midlands Police released the clip this week as part of their investigation into the vicious brawl. 

A spokesman said: ‘We’re still appealing for information after three friends were attacked at a club on Broad Street, Birmingham, in December last year.

‘The pals were partying at Shooters bar on Saturday 7 December when they were attacked by a group of Asian men at about 10pm.

‘Security removed them all from the club, but the fight continued outside and one lad sustained a fractured jaw.

‘CCTV has now been released as part of the investigation.

‘We believe these people may have information about what happened.’
