She stepped out wearing her wedding ring despite the revelations that her husband was having an affair with Gina Coladangelo.
Martha, mum-of-three, wore a gorgeous floral dress and dark sunglasses as she gave a saddened half-smile to onlookers.
She was also spotted out and about yesterday, hours after The Sun exposed her husband's affair.
Mr Hancock cheated on his wife with Ms Coladangelo, 43, who he hired last year with taxpayers’ money, as Covid gripped Britain.
Mr Hancock, 42, and millionaire lobbyist Gina were caught on camera in a steamy clinch at his Whitehall office.
Whistleblowers revealed the Health Secretary had been spotted cheating on his wife of 15 years with married Ms Coladangelo.
He was seen kissing her at the Department of Health’s London HQ during office hours last month as the mutant strain began spreading.
And yesterday, Mr Hancock apologised for his actions, saying: "I accept that I breached the social distancing guidance in these circumstances.
"I have let people down and am very sorry.
"I remain focused on working to get the country out of this pandemic, and would be grateful for privacy for my family on this personal matter."
But last night, we exclusively revealed the full footage of Mr Hancock's misdemeanours – as he grabbed and kissed his aide in his Whitehall office.
Images of the May 6 clinch shows Hancock checking no one is heading for his office by looking out of the door.
He appears to deliberately stand in front of the door as he welcomes millionaire Gina.
They kiss passionately and he moved his hand to her bottom.
Matt Hancock married Martha, an osteopath, in 2006 and the pair have three children together.
At the time, Hancock had received one dose of vaccine, on April 29. A social media user blasted: “To be crystal clear, this picture was taken with two-metre social distancing rules still in place at workplaces.
“The issue here is not Matt Hancock’s infidelity, it is his world-beating hypocrisy. Write the rules. Tell the little people to obey. Then break them with impunity.”
Ex-GMB host Piers Morgan added: “At the time he was ordering people not to hug anyone from other households.”
Another social media user fumed: “There are people that genuinely went months without hugging their families after following his advice. Quite sad really!”
The Ministerial Code for MPs stresses: "Working relationships, including with civil servants, and parliamentary staff should be proper and appropriate."
Anneliese Dodds MP, chair of the Labour Party said yesterday: “If Matt Hancock has been secretly having a relationship with an adviser in his office – who he personally appointed to a taxpayer-funded role – it is a blatant abuse of power and a clear conflict of interest.
“The charge sheet against Matt Hancock includes wasting taxpayers’ money, leaving care homes exposed and now being accused of breaking his own COVID rules.
“His position is hopelessly untenable. Boris Johnson should sack him.”
But it appears Hancock somehow managed to cling on to his top job as the PM sensationally backed him despite calls for him to get the chop.
Downing Streetsaid the Prime Minister accepted the Health Secretary's grovelling apology for snogging his top aide.
But a No10 spokesman said yesterday afternoon: "The Health Secretary set out that he accepted that he breached the social distancing guidelines.
"Obviously he has apologised for that. The Prime Minister has accepted the health secretary's apology and considers the matter closed."
But the Health Secretary’s mistress loaded bags into her car hours after learning her affair would be exposed, we revealed.
Gina Coladangelo, 43, then drove off in her £70,000 Audi Q7 from outside her £3.6million family home.
She left on this evening without her millionaire husband and Oliver Bonas founder Oliver Tress, 54.
And she did not return to the property in South West London yesterday.
