Son of NY rabbi with coronavirus tests negative

The son of the Westchester rabbi who has coronavirus works for Mayor Bill de Blasio and has tested negative for the disease, according to a City Hall spokeswoman.

Avi Fink, chief of staff for the Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget, does not live with his father, a mayoral spokeswoman said.

Fink, 35, lives in Queens.

His father, Reuven Fink, is the rabbi of Young Israel in New Rochelle — the synagogue at the center of a Westchester County outbreak.

The rabbi tested positive for the coronavirus last week.
