A HEALTHY-EATING fitness fanatic lost over 100 pounds with his fast air fryer method. <\/p>\n
His easy meal helped him achieve a new buff body – and he wasn't going back. <\/p>\n

"This is one of the main meals I ate that helped me lose over 130 pounds," said Jacob Correia (@iampeachye1). <\/p>\n
The plate that allowed him to shed the pounds consisted of 450 calories, 45 grams of protein, and 30 grams of carbs. <\/p>\n
He credited the meal for his new muscles and drastic weight loss over the course of 19 months. <\/p>\n
Jacob transformed his seemingly plain salmon into something more palatable by adding salt and pepper followed by some lemon and lime drizzle.<\/p>\n
Next, he sprayed on his I Can't Believe it's Not Butter and then it was time for some air fryer action. <\/p>\n
At the same time, he cooked up some low-calorie and high-protein shrimp on the stove. <\/p>\n
He also added a fourth of a cup of rice mixed with water and put it into the microwave for six minutes. <\/p>\n
While the next part was optional, Jacob couldn't get enough of this one ingredient: broccoli. <\/p>\n
