A MUM has been slammed for the name she chose for her newborn son, with the moniker leaving some people "lost for words".

Claire gave birth to her baby boy earlier this month, but has found herself criticised for his unusual name.

In a video on TikTok, she discussed his moniker, as well as other names she'd considered for her tot before she'd known if she was having a boy or a girl.

"If Oak had been born a girl, his name would probably be Sunday," she began.

"I know some other influencers have used it recently, but that's not a good enough reason not to use a name."

She also liked the name Arbour, so said she may have gone for Sunday Arbour had she had a girl.
