and stop cancer in its tracks.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Symptoms of bowel cancer<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Changes in your poo, such as having softer poo, diarrhoea or constipation that is not usual for you<\/li>\n<li>Needing to poo more or less often than usual for you<\/li>\n<li>Blood in your poo, which may look red or black<\/li>\n<li>Bleeding from your bottom<\/li>\n<li>Often feeling like you need to poo, even if you&#8217;ve just been to the toilet<\/li>\n<li>Tummy pain<\/li>\n<li>Bloating<\/li>\n<li>Losing weight without trying<\/li>\n<li>Feeling very tired for no reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anybody experiencing such symptoms should book an appointment with their doctor straight away.<\/p>\n<p>You do not need to wait for a screening kit if you are already experiencing troublesome symptoms.<\/p>\n<p> <strong> Don&#8217;t miss&#8230;
