A HOUSEKEEPER for Travelodge has revealed the unconventional way they use pillowcases and what it\u2019s really like to work there.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Known only as \u2018Housekeeper, the woman often uses her social media account to share behind-the-scenes secrets of her day-to-day life.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In one clip, they gave viewers a sneak peek into cleaning up a room following a guest\u2019s departure.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Panning the camera onto the bed, they showed a black plastic rubbish bag on the sheets as they wrote: \u201cCleaning a bathroom at travelodge\u201d over the top.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Moving into the bathroom, they then used a surface cleaner to spray all the counters with, including the sink.\u00a0<\/p>\n

They then appeared to use a pillowcase to wipe it all down before sharing: \u201cShiny!\u201d<\/p>\n

They finished the job off by dry mopping the area and wrote: \u201cAll done!\u201d<\/p>\n

In the caption, they added: \u201cDon\u2019t ask why we use pillow cases to clean,\u201d followed by two crying with laughter emojis.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But of course people couldn\u2019t help but ask the question in the comments section as one person wrote: \u201cBut why do you use pillow cases to clean though?\u201d<\/p>\n

The TikTok user simply replied: \u201cBecause its always in our trolleys and icl it does the job quite well.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

And it seems like quite a common item to use too as another person commented: \u201cWe used pillow cases to clean at the hotel I used to work at, it doesn\u2019t leave all the fluff behind that towels and clothes do\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n

While another person shared: \u201cI've never had any complaints when staying in da travelodge\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But this isn\u2019t the only video the housekeeper has shared on their channel that got people talking\u2026\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a second clip, the housekeeper simply turned the camera onto the floor as bed spring noises could be heard in the background.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet the video do the explaining,\u201d they wrote in the caption alongside the hashtag \u2018naughty\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n

People in the comments were left in hysterics as one person joked: \u201cI've never had any complaints when staying in da travelodge\u201d.<\/p>\n

Another questioned: \u201cWhy are you stood outside listening though,\u201d followed by a crying with laughter emoji.<\/p>\n

While a third added: \u201cOmg, the stories I had working as a housekeeper. Valentine\u2019s Day is the worst.\u201d<\/p>\n
