The employee admitted that she couldn't stop herself from making the inappropriate remark when the corporate big-shot told her about his dog.<\/p>\n

In her video onTikTok, Lydia Victoria (@lydia.victoriia) said she managed to absolutely mortify herself at work.<\/p>\n
She told viewers: "For once in my life, I didn't let a smutty joke go."<\/p>\n
Remembering the incident, Lydia continued: "I don\u2019t know why I did it, I\u2019m just really upset."<\/p>\n
She explained that she had been in a meeting with a co-owner of the company she works for when the joke slipped out.<\/p>\n
Lydia's boss had been interviewing her as a potential candidate for an upcoming work opportunity that she really wanted.<\/p>\n
After finishing the interview, which Lydia thought she nailed, she engaged in small talk with her employer.<\/p>\n
While discussing the company's upcoming charity event, she said she couldn't help but make the NSFW comment.<\/p>\n
Lydia's boss had been telling her that he was disappointed that his dog wouldn't be able to participate in the company's charity walk.<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n The dog's name was Willy, and as her boss spoke about him, she couldn't ignore the double entendre.<\/p>\n "I really wish I could bring my Willy but he\u2019s just so tired and he\u2019s so old now. He\u2019s just not moving as much as he used to," Lydia's boss told her.<\/p>\n Before she could stop herself, she replied: "OK, but what about your dog?"<\/p>\n Lydia recalled the awkward silence that followed her failed attempt at humor.<\/p>\n "He looks at me, he smiles, and he changes the conversation," she said.<\/p>\n "The worst bit is he didn\u2019t laugh, he just looked at me. He looked uncomfortable."<\/p>\n Lydia was still reeling from the embarrassment as she recounted the story.<\/p>\n "I shouldn\u2019t have said it, I should\u2019ve just let it hang there," she told her audience.<\/p>\n "I think it\u2019s fair to say I won\u2019t be going on the expedition and I really let myself down."<\/p>\n Her followers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the scenario.<\/p>\n "I wouldn't have been able to resist either. Poor old Willy but I'm proud of you," wrote one viewer.<\/p>\n Another TikTok user said: "In all fairness, he left himself WIDE open for that remark lol, I would've said exactly the same thing."<\/p>\n "OMG!
