<\/p>\nFROM the turkey to the veg and roast potatoes, cooking a Christmas dinner can be both stressful and expensive.<\/p>\n
But one food fan decided to put M&S' microwavable turkey roast dinner to the test – and it costs just \u00a36 and comes in a plastic tub.<\/p>\n

Ben took to TikTok (@benbulks) and taste tested the roast dinner which includes British turkey, golden Yorkshire pudding, rich gravy, pigs and blankets and veg – before giving it a very <\/em>honest review.<\/p>\n In the clip, he begins: "Usually these things, it's just like a bunch of veg, potato or two, but no, you have got everything. <\/p>\n "You've got two pigs in blankets as well and quite a big Yorkshire.<\/p>\n "The only thing is the turkey….I was like, 'oh, it doesn't actually have any turkey, but it does – it's just a piece in there with that gravy."<\/p>\n Ben goes on to say that it's a "bit of a pain" because it's one of those microwavable meals where you have to add things throughout.<\/p>\n However,after cooking it for the required amount of time, he goes on to note that there's actually three pieces of turkey rather than one slice, which he's delighted with. <\/p>\n Taking his first bite of the meat, he says: "The turkey is solid, it's in a gravy and is very well seasoned.<\/p>\n "This veg has been cooking for ages.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n "I mean, it's veg, it's obviously not seasoned…you know, veg is veg at the end of the day."<\/p>\n Ben then moves onto the stuffing ball and notes: "It's alright, it's quite tasty for a stuffing ball."<\/p>\n Holding up a golden crispy potato to the camera, he observes: "You can tell as well that is very decent quality.<\/p>\n "The pig in blankets are really nice and that's a very good size Yorkshire if you ask me.<\/p>\n "That gravy is very nice actually, and the fact that you get three pieces and not just one bit of turkey – class, very class.<\/p>\n "It's very decent. Is it worth six quid?<\/p>\n "Overall quality…usually these kind of one container roast dinner things are pretty s***, but this is actually really solid."<\/p>\n The post has since gone viral, racking up a whopping 58k views and several comments from social media users.<\/p>\n "That looks banging," wrote one.<\/p>\n A second penned: "Should put Brussels, not carrot and peas."<\/p>\n A third commented: "Arranged on a plate it would have been equivalent to a works Christmas party meal – and \u00a36 is OK."<\/p>\n Meanwhile, a fourth noted: "Veg looks a little tragic (but mainly cos I hate steamed veg), other stuff looks pretty decent!!"<\/p>\nREAD MORE ON FOOD<\/h2>\n
