Chilling moment gunman shoots innocent driver dead in mistaken identity attack after petty row at petrol station | The Sun

THIS is the chilling moment a gunman shot dead an innocent driver in a mistaken identity attack following a row at a petrol station.

Jervais Boyaram, 37, stalked Muhammed Sohail, 25, in his silver VW wrongly believing the car belonged to the group he had argued with.

Haunting footage shows the killer tailing the vehicle in his Smart car before he pulls up alongside Muhammed.

He then winds down his window and opens fire before fleeing the scene in Birmingham.

Muhammed, who was outside his home, sadly couldn't be saved despite his neighbour's desperate attempts to help him.

Tragically, the good Samaritan had only gone back out to help a stranded motorist he spotted on the way home from a family dinner.

Boyaram has now been found guilty of murder following a trial at Coventry Crown Court.

The killer had been filling up his car at the petrol station on February 18 last year when he argued with the group of men.

After they left, he drove around trying to find them but instead began tailing Muhammed by mistake.

Speaking after the verdict, Muhammed's dad said: "My son Muhammed Sohail was purely innocent in this matter and had his life taken so needlessly and without any reason.
