Vanessa Bryant Shades ‘All Lives Matter’ Troll After She Posts Pic Of Kobe In An ‘I Can’t Breathe’ T-Shirt

Vanessa Bryant made a powerful statement on social media following the death of George Floyd, urging her followers to ‘drive out hate’ and ‘spread love.’

Vanessa Bryant, 38, has spoken out after the death of George Floyd. Sharing an image of her late husband Kobe Bryant wearing an “I Can’t Breathe” shirt — referencing the 2014 death of Eric Garner — Vanessa shared an inspiring message via her Instagram on Sinday, May 31. “My husband wore this shirt years ago and yet here we are again,” Vanessa began her caption, including a heartbroken emoji and the hashtag “#ICANTBREATHE.”

In the image, Kobe wears the black t-shirt and yellow Lakers shorts as he stands on the court during a game against the Sacramento Kings at Staples Center in Dec. 2014. “Life is so fragile. Life is so unpredictable. Life is too short,” the mom of four continued in her powerful message, urging her followers to educate themselves. “Let’s share and embrace the beautiful qualities and similarities we all share as people. Drive out hate. Teach respect and love for all at home and school,” she wrote.

“Spread LOVE. Fight for change- register to VOTE. Do not use innocent lives lost as an excuse to loot. BE AN EXAMPLE OF THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE,” she added, concluding with the hashtag “#BLACKLIVESMATTER” and a red heart emoji. Her millions of followers applauded the strong message and quickly began re-sharing the image of Kobe. One follower, however, prompted Vanessa to respond directly.

“Respect all you say and do but all lives matter,” the user commented. Vanessa agreed, however, took the time to explain why the post was disrespectful. “All lives do matter. Respectfully, I must say that when someone says #alllivesmatter when someone says #blacklivesmatter is like that all homes matter when 1 particular home in the neighborhood is being affected and burning down,” she wrote. “Wouldn’t we run and help our fellow neighbour? See the difference? All love,” she added.

Vanessa joins a growing list of celebrities and public figures who have spoken out against racial inequality and police brutality following the death of 46-year-old George Floyd, who was an unarmed Black man.

“The proposed development includes a new basement cellar constructed beneath the extension to the existing garage outbuilding with a linked walkway,” according to the plans. “The basement cellar beneath is for storage of wine and the proposed use of the outbuilding is solely in association with the main dwelling house… It will improve security for the occupants of the property.”

"We spoke of the quiet acts of heroism – both on the frontline and at home – that brought about a great victory for us all.  We now live in a very different world.  Yet as we pull together to overcome COVID-19, we see the same spirit at work: unsung heroism on the frontline and at home," she said.

Jennifer Aniston Regretted Giving Over 'So Much' of Herself in Her Marriage With Brad Pitt

In September 2005, Vanity Fair posted a lengthy interview with Jennifer Aniston following her separation from Brad Pitt. In the interview, Aniston discussed dealing with tabloid rumors, how she adjusted to being alone again, and her emotional state following the breakup. At one point in the interview, Aniston said she regretted giving “over so much of” herself in the marriage.

Jennifer Aniston does not regret her marriage with Brad Pitt

In the interview with Vanity Fair, Aniston made it clear that she did not regret falling in love with or marrying Pitt. However, the actress did have some regrets from the past few years.

“There’s a lot I would probably do differently,” she told Vanity Fair. “I’d take more vacations—getting away from work, enjoying each other in different environments. But there was always something preventing it; either he was working or I was.”

She continued, “I wouldn’t give over so much of myself, which I did at times. It was that thing about being a nurturer; I love taking care of people, and I definitely put his needs before mine sometimes. It’s seamless; somewhere along the way, you sort of lose yourself. You just don’t know when it happens. It’s such an insidious thing, you don’t really see where it started—and where you ended. There’s no one to blame but yourself. I’ve always been that way in relationships, even with my mom. It’s not the healthiest. I feel like I’ve broken the pattern now. I’ll never let myself down like that again. I feel like my sense of self is being strengthened because of it.”

The actress enjoyed being alone again

After separating from Pitt, Aniston spent time learning how to be alone again. Part of that involved moving into a new place and decorating it with her individual style.

“It’s beautiful here; I love it. I’ve always wanted to have a little Malibu beach house, and it feels good. I’m enjoying simplifying things… Brad and I used to joke that every piece of furniture was either a museum piece or just uncomfortable,” Aniston said. “He definitely had his sense of style, and I definitely have my sense of style, and sometimes they clashed. I wasn’t so much into modern.”

When asked what she enjoyed about living on her own, Aniston replied, “I can have a comfortable couch.”

Aniston admitted that while she did get lonely following the separation, she was enjoying being alone and felt it was good for her.

“I feel like I’m nesting. I love being home. I have friends that come over. My girlfriends I’ve had for 20 years. When things happen, the tribe gathers around and lifts you up. I’ve had lonely moments, sure, but I’m also enjoying being alone. There’s no question it takes getting used to… It’s uncharted territory, but I think it’s good for me to be a solo person right now. You’re forced to re-discover yourself and take it to another level.”

Jennifer Aniston never wanted to be viewed as a victim

While Aniston was often viewed as a victim following her separation and divorce from Pitt in the media, she did not see the situation that way.

“I would be a robot if I said I didn’t feel moments of anger, of hurt, of embarrassment,” she said. “I don’t feel like a victim. I’ve worked with this therapist for a long time, and her major focus is that you get one day of being a victim—and that’s it. Then we take responsibility for our own input. To live in a victim place is pointing a finger at someone else, as if you have no control. Relationships are two people; everyone is accountable.”

Adele’s dramatic seven-stone weight loss ‘was a result of low-calorie meal deals delivered directly to her door’

Adele’s dramatic weight loss transformation was a result of low-calorie meal deals delivered directly to her door, according to reports.

It is thought that the singer, 32, enlisted the services of a bespoke American meal delivery service called Freshology to help her shed seven stone.

A source told The Sun: ‘Adele was keen to lose weight and decided to use a meal delivery service after being recommended them by Katy Perry, who was a big fan before she fell pregnant.

New woman: Adele’s dramatic weight loss transformation was a result of low-calorie meal deals delivered directly to her door, according to reports

‘Adele made it clear she doesn’t want to feel deprived and loves wholesome, good food, so she chose the balanced calorie-controlled menu which delivers three meals a day and doesn’t cut out any food groups but sticks to around 1,700 calories.

‘Adele’s never been a huge fan of cooking and this plan is the perfect way to maintain her hard work in the gym.’

The gourmet service offers a range of low-carb meals including turkey salad, chicken burgers and baked salmon.

Back in October, Adele had already visibly lost a great deal of weight as seen in pictures of her attending her friend Drake’s birthday party.

She posted an Instagram snap of herself at the fete and quipped in the caption: ‘I used to cry but now I sweat’.

In January she went on holiday to Anguilla with Harry Styles and James Corden, and met a 19-year-old fan called Lexi Larson who dished to People about their weight loss conversation.

‘She said she lost something like 100 pounds, and that it’s such a crazy positive experience. She seemed so happy, and she looked amazing. She seemed really confident,’ Lexi shared with the magazine.

The pop superstar’s big reveal came after she split from her husband Simon Konecki last April and filed for divorce in September.

Adele and Simon share a seven-year-old son called Angelo and a People insider revealed her weight loss came partly from a desire to be healthier for her child.

‘She got to the point where she didn’t feel great. She knew she had to change something, because she wants to be the healthiest mom possible,’ said the source.

Adele became a body positivity icon for her larger figure when she first rose to global stardom, proudly declaring on 60 Minutes in 2012: ‘I don’t wanna be some skinny mini with my t**s out. I really don’t wanna do it.’

Scott Disick and Sofia Richie Have Been ‘Texting’ Since Split

Absence makes the heart grow fonder? Scott Disick and Sofia Richie are still in communication with each other despite calling off their romance earlier this month.

“Scott and Sofia’s breakup is definitely a real breakup, but they have been staying in touch and texting since they split,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. “Their friends think that there is a big chance they could get back together at some point.”

Us confirmed on Wednesday, May 27, that the model, 21, and Disick, 37, had ended their relationship after nearly three years together. Their split came just weeks after the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star entered a treatment center in Colorado to address “past traumas” — including the deaths of his parents. However, Disick checked out of the facility on May 4 after a photo of him on the premises leaked online.

Days later, Us broke the news that the Flip It like Disick star and Richie — who began dating in 2017 — had pumped the brakes on their relationship.

“Scott and Sofia are on a break until Scott straightens himself out more,” a source said at the time. “Scott is in an OK place right now and is trying to get better and focus on work, but he has to prove himself.”

Although Disick has been considering his next steps in getting treatment, Richie felt as if the Talentless founder’s relationship with his ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian and their children — Mason, 10, Penelope, 7, and Reign, 5 — had taken priority over their own.

“The quarantine has put a spin on things for Scott. He’s always had issues, especially with addiction, and that’s always been a concern on the Kardashians’ end and Sofia and her family’s end,” a source told Us on Friday, May 29. “Sofia noticed that he wasn’t doing well and gave him an ultimatum, and in the end it seemed like Scott was more focused on Kourtney and his kids than her.”

The Kardashian family isn’t the only clan that weighed heavily on Disick and Richie’s relationship. An insider shared with Us that Richie’s father, Lionel Richie, and her sister Nicole Richie‘s opinions “played a big role in their issues.”

Hailey Bieber Wears Leather Pants to a Skincare Appointment

Hailey Bieber wears an all-black outfit while stepping out for an appointment with her dermatologist on Friday (May 29) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 23-year-old model wore a sheer black shirt, leather pants, and the Air Jordan Retro 1 High “Union Los Angeles Blue Toe” shoes.

Hailey took to Instagram that day to demand justice for George Floyd.

“It’s heartbreaking that we’re honoring yet another life that was lost due to the violence and racism our country displays far too often. To say that racism is alive today would be a gross understatement, and to say that white privilege doesn’t exist is ignorance at its finest,” Hailey captioned an illustration of Floyd.

“We live in a country that denies the same freedom and rights to someone based on the color of their skin… black men, women and children are being MURDERED because of the color of their skin while white men, women and children majority of the time receive a slap on the wrist at best. I am tired, I’m angry, I’m sad, and I will not stay quiet. Changes need to be made, and people need to be behind bars for their actions.. Rest In Peace George Floyd,” she added.
