Coco Jones continues her rapid rise in the music industry, hopping on the feel-good “Spend The Night” with R&B legend BJ The Chicago Kid last month. The duo recently unveiled the visuals for the upbeat cut, which sees the pair transform a diner into a dancefloor.
“Time is tickin’ baby, take a load off (And don’t hold back) / I’ll take the weight up off your shoulders (You know I’ll do that) / Wake up to lovin’ in the morning (Hot sex) / If you spend the night with me,” BJ croons on the chorus, with Jones stepping in to add her silky-smooth vocals.
While the pair’s vocals undoubtedly shine individually and when coalesced, it’s the outfits in the track’s vibrant music video that take center stage; Jones stuns in a statement fur hat – and BJ runs through a bevy of statement hats throughout the three-minute video. Even the dancers are dripped out, groovily parading around the diner as BJ serenades his love interest, Jones, filling the vintage diner with good vibes and good tunes.
