This comes after the unexpected shake up to the show over the weekend.
Regular presenter Naga Munchetty, 48, was joined by Charlie Stayt, 61, before a major change was announced to the show on Saturday morning.
The Streatham-born presenter wrapped up the programme earlier than usual, as the air spot was instead taken by Saturday Kitchen with Matt Tebutt.
The morning show usually ends at 10am – meaning viewers missed out on 45 minutes of news reading, including the typical banter between Naga and the TV chef, 49.
