Frankie Bridge seems to have got the memo that the most popular accessory anyone can wear this season is a bob. Though the singer-turned-presenter has long been a fab of a lob (long bob), she's switched up her look by making the cut even shorter – and much sharper.
Posting the fresh cut to her Instagram Stories, Frankie writes: "Extra shoutout to @thehairystylist. The bob was bobbing!"
Though this is the first time we've really seen the star's new bob styled to perfection, she actually had the chop done last week, sharing a Reel of the process to her grid.
"New chapter… means new hair!! Nothing drastic but had a bit of a chop . ! Not quite the same relaxing experience as being at the salon," she captioned the clip where she's seen sitting on a chair in a living room.
Frankie's followers are loving the change to her look, with plenty taking to the comment section to say they've been influenced into going for the chop too.
"I keep seeing gorgeous cuts like this making me want to be a bit braver and go shorter," says one follower, while a second adds: "Making me wanna chop my hair off."
A third comments: "Short hair icon".
Frankie has been through a fair few hair changes in recent months. At the start of summer, she wowed her followers when she revealed a brand new buttery blonde colour after swapping her usual brunette colour for the summery shade.
In the snap posted to her Instagram page at the tie, Frankie's long bob had been given some all-over highlights, brightening up her usual darker brunette shade to a soft bronde colour thanks to the lighter blonde sections mixing with the base tone of brown.
Before that buttery hair colour, Frankie experimented with a hairstyle we'll all know her for – an early The Saturdays crop. The star showed off the look in a series of Instagram Stories captioned “I did a thing”. The thing in question was quite a big haircut which saw her lose quite a few inches of length off the ends of her hair.
She also swapped the long bob she’d been wearing for the past year for a pixie-like crop featuring shorter mid-sections and a longer, side-parted fringe.
We can conclusively say that Frankie suits every hair cut out there.
