GETTING away from the crowds at an airport can seem impossible sometimes, especially during busier travel seasons.
However, frequent flyers know that at some travel hubs, there are places to go to escape the masses and have a more relaxing wait for their flight.
One such person is Cora Harrison, 31, who has discovered a hidden seating area at one of the UK's busiest airports.
The travel blogger says the space at London Stansted is only a stone's throw away from the main departure waiting area – but is much quieter.
Cora filmed a video that shows Stansted packed full of passengers before revealing the hidden area, with dozens of seats available.
The footage was captured on September 25 before Cora got on a flight to Sicily, Italy.

According to Conde Nast Traveller, London Stansted Airport is the country's fourth busiest airport with over 23 million passengers passing through in 2022.
So it is no wonder that spare seats have become a scarce commodity.
Yet Cora's secret area still seems to offer plenty of space for passengers looking for tranquillity ahead of their journeys.
Cora, from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, said: "Stansted Airport is a notoriously hard place to find a seat within departures.

"I came across this seating area by accident when I was travelling".
Cora runs a travel blog with her wife Helen Harrison, 31, and has been to 32 countries so far – and more recently has brought their 21-month-old son with them.
In the video she explains how to find the special seating area, saying: "Head towards the 'all gates' area.
"Once you get here, look to your right and you'll see a sign that says 'additional seating'.
"You want to go ahead and take the escalator down to the ground floor."
Cora is seen heading down to a much quieter seating area, with plenty of spots available.
However, she had one more tip for travellers. She continued: "Once you're here, you'll see some seats.
"However, these aren't as good as the ones around the back of the escalator. So turn around and here you'll find some really good seating.
"Every time I've been to Stansted, it's been pretty much empty, while upstairs people are sat down on the floor."
Cora isn't the only person to have discovered a quiet area at Stansted, with Tiktoker Mike (@mikeandeve) revealing a more relaxed spot in the airport.
After going down a similar escalator, he showed off the quiet seating zone, which also has plenty of plug sockets for travellers to charge phones and laptops.
