Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was seen looking pensive at his luxury Florida property on Friday, just hours after being slapped with a third sexual assault lawsuit.
The rapper was spotted at his Star Island estate near Miami, comprised of two luxury properties complete with a pool and sprawling lawns.
Dressed in an all black ensemble, the embattled mogul appeared to be supported by his mother Janice Combs, daughter Chance, her mother Sarah Chapman and teenage daughters D’Lila Star Combs, Jessie James Combs.
Combs, 54, was sued in New York County Supreme Court by an anonymous woman who claims he and the singer–songwriter Aaron Hall both took turns raping her and a friend back in 1990 or 1991, Rolling Stone reported on Friday.
Jane Doe also claims in her suit that Diddy later visited her after the alleged rape and choked her over fears that her friend might tell his then-girlfriend about the sexual assault.

The news comes shortly after the music executive was sued by a second woman, who claimed that he drugged and sexually assaulted her when she was a student in 1991.
In a statement to DailyMail.com shared by his spokesperson, Combs vehemently denied the allegations listed in the lawsuit while describing it as a ‘money grab.’
‘These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab,’ his spokesperson said.
‘Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit.’
They went on to claim that ‘The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers,’ adding, ‘The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations.’
He previously reached a settlement in a lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend, the R&B singer Cassie, after just a single day, though the terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.
The settlement was made possible by the Adult Survivors Act, a New York law that expired on Thursday.
The law, which went into effect on November 24, 2022, allowed adult survivors of sexual abuse to file lawsuits for one year regardless of whether the statute of limitations had already expired on their claim.
In her lawsuit, Jane Doe claims that she met Diddy and Hall at an Uptown Records party held at the company’s offices in New York and hosted by its distributor, MCA Records.

‘Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and handsy with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night,’ the filing says.
As the party was nearing its end, Diddy and Hall allegedly invited the woman and her friend back to Hall’s place to continue the celebration.
‘While at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs,’ the lawsuit claims. ‘After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.’
The woman then claims that she quickly dressed and rushed out of Hall’s home.
In the suit, she alleges that she later contacted her friend, who told her that she ‘had been forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room.’
‘Upon information and belief, when Combs finished with Jane Doe, he and Hall switched,’ the filing says.
But the woman’s alleged troubles involving Diddy were not yet over. She claims that days after the alleged rape, he came to the home where she had been staying with her friend and then assaulted her.
‘He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out,’ the suit claims. ‘Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.’
Violence: She claims that Diddy came back to her place days later and joked her when he couldn’t find her friend over fears that the friend would tell his then-girlfriend about what had happened; seen in June 2022 in LA
Three strikes: The suit follows another rape lawsuit from his ex Cassie, which he settled after a day, and a newer one from Joi Dickerson-Neal, who claims Diddy drugged her then sexually assaulted her while filming the act. He has denied her claim; seen with Cassie in 2012 in LA
In addition to Combs and Hall, the woman is suing both MCA Music Entertainment and Geffen Records.
As evidence of her claims, Jane Doe’s lawsuit notes that she ‘informed her close friends and family about what had occurred,’ though it’s unclear when she claims to have shared that information.
She also alleges that she sought out some form of medical treatment ‘to heal from the trauma visited upon her by Combs and Hall.’
The unnamed woman’s lawsuit follows two earlier suits brought against Diddy.
On November 16, his former girlfriend, the singer Cassie, sued him for rape and physical abuse, claiming that in addition to raping her, the rapper plied her with drugs and forced her to haver sex with male prostitutes while he filmed them.
He moved to swiftly settle with his ex after just a day, and a judge subsequently dismissed the lawsuit afterward.
Then on Thursday, it was reported that a second woman had sued the music mogul.
Joi Dickerson-Neal, who says she was a student at Syracuse University in 1991, claims Diddy slipped something into her drink and then proceeded to sexually assault her and film the act.
She also alleges that Combs went on to share the video widely with those in his social circle.
Diddy, via a representative, denied the allegation, calling it ‘made up and not credible’ and ‘a money grab.’
