Spencer Matthews has spoken out after fans grew concerned he was ''losing a lot of weight".
The former Made in Chelsea star sparked concerns among supporters after sharing some photos from his new garden with his Instagram followers modelling a smart head to toe navy-blue outfit from Marks and Spencer. He included a poem he wrote with the post called My ode to Howth.
But his fans were more distracted by his physique which they say has gone from "ripped" to "too skinny". The 35-year-old did look noticeably slimmer in the dapper outfit.

His sudden weight loss worried his followers with them jumping on the comments section to share their fears all was not well. One penned: "You don't look very well." Another posted:"Oh Gosh! Spenny! What's with the weight loss?"
A third fan wrote: "Sorry to say but you have lost too much weight" and a fourth cruelly said: "The weight loss aged him 40 years," adding: "We miss the ripped Spenny," to which Spencer retorted with a laughing emoji: "You think I look 75??"
Another fan posted underneath the photo: "Too skinny, you look older," and a sixth told Spencer he was "handsome" but "don't get any skinnier" to which Spencer sarcastically replied with an emoji symbol yawning to signal he was bored of the fuss.
Explaining the reason behind his new look, the 35-year-old reality star said: "I'm training for a huge event next year. Looking to raise some serious money for a great cause. Announcement coming early in the new year." And he warned this weight loss was just the start of the body changes to come adding: "In order to efficiently complete my challenge for next year I haven't even begun."
Some fans jumped to his defence pointing out the comments were body shaming. One posted: "You absolutely don't need to explain your body to anyone. Sorry so many people think it's appropriate to comment on it. No one should be commenting on anyone's body!"
Spencer has previously shown off his incredible body transformation since his years on Made In Chelsea. During his time on the show between 2011 and 2015, Spencer was notorious for attending boozy parties with pal Jamie Laing and for serial dating cast members such as Louise Thompson and Lucy Watson.
He admitted that his life was "spiralling out of control" on the show due to a "drinking problem" and began "training religiously" and "weightlifting three times a week".
Spencer and his wife Vogue Williams are currently on tour with their podcast, Spencer and Vogue, which they launched in summer 2020 and sees them discuss their day-to-day home lives, plus anything and everything within their marriage. The couple fell in love while competing in Channel 4 celebrity ski competition, The Jump, in early 2017.
They announced their engagement in February 2018 and got married in June that year in a secret ceremony in the Scottish Highlands at Spencer's family's 30,000-acre estate. The pair have three children together, Theodore, five, Gigi, three, and baby Otto, 17 months.

However, Vogue explained that a simple error led to her children ending up with different faiths. She said: "We have three kids and Spenny's mum kindly organised the first two christenings.
"I'm Catholic, but I'm not a practicing Catholic and so I organised the third christening and I organised it in a Catholic Church, not realising that the other two were Church of England. If we have a fourth we don't know what we're going to do. Probably something completely different."
