CHARLOTTE Crosby told fans to "send help" after breaking out in a mystery rash on chest and arms.
The Geordie Shore star sparked concern as shared a topless snap that revealed the extent of the raging rash across her upper body.
Charlotte, 33, was laying down and took a photo from above, writing over the top: "Send help for my skin.
"I don't know what the hell is going on" alongside four crying emojis.
Soaring temperatures can cause the very common heat rash.
Heat rash is when sweat glands in the skin get blocked as a result of excessive sweating.

The symptoms include small, raised spots, an itchy, prickly feeling and
mild swelling.
Usually a pharmacist will prescribe a calming lotion, a topical steroid cream or antihistamines.
There are other rashes that flare up in the summer, some of which need more serious treatment.
Charlotte is mum to 10-month-old daughter Alba with boyfriend Jake Ankers and they flew to Santorini earlier this month for some family fun in the sun.

It comes after Charlotte quit Geordie Shore after a huge row during filming for the new series in Cyprus.
Charlotte was with Jake and Alba in Cyprus when she went home after just two days and later insisted she was done with the show forever.
Speaking on her Always On podcast, she said: "There was a silly argument, over a high chair of all things, that escalated. And I just left.
"I just needed to get out of that environment. I'd never raised my voice in front of Alba ever, and I did in this argument, and I was like, 'Oh God, I feel absolutely terrible.' I've never gotten that angry and wound up."
Breaking down in tears, she added: "As a mam, you feel so guilty. I was riddled with guilt. I felt anxious, I felt guilty. I think in the weeks I came out of the show I just felt awful. I was so worried. Had I made a bad decision going in there with my family?
"For that reason, I definitely don't think I could be involved going forward again, which is so sad. It's not because of any particular person, and it's not because I wouldn't go back because I don't want to be with them."
