JAY Brown found comfort in the midst of his grief as he's recently bonded with Lola Pearce lookalike Nadine Keller.
But the troubling nature of the mechanic's relationship with the sex worker is revealed next week in EastEnders.
BBC One viewers have been suspecting Nadine is up to no good since she first showed up in Walford.
The newcomer portrayed by Jazzy Phoenix was revealed to be working as a prostitute and she recently bonded with Jay (Jamie Borthwick).
All suspicions about her seemed to be confirmed when bosses revealed Jay for another drug abuse storyline.
It all begins next week as Jay wakes up at Nadine’s and is shocked to find a bag of ketamine on her bedside table.

At home, Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) is annoyed that Jay’s been out all night again, and Callum Highway (Tony Clay) later confronts him about Nadine.
Jay explains he just goes there to sleep, but Callum is sceptical.
He warns Nadine to leave Jay alone and tells her about Lola’s death.

After Ben tears into him for neglecting Lexi, Jay arrives home with goodies to make her a special dinner.
But he later goes to see Nadine and scores some ketamine from her.
Ben and Callum are relieved that Jay stayed the night at home, and Lexi excitedly arranges a pizza and movie night.
However, Jay is still struggling to cope, and Callum catches him going to Nadine’s place once again.
Jay tries to make excuses but accidentally drops the bag of ketamine, and Callum is horrified to realise he’s on drugs.
Although Jay begs him not to, Callum insists he’s telling Ben.
