I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! preview
Former I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Our Of Here! campmate Nicola McLean has given an insight as to what the stars of this year’s series can expect when they enter camp.
This weekend, fans of the ITV show will see a fresh batch of stars leave their lives of luxury behind as they tackle horrifying challenges and nail-biting tasks.
Not only will they have to face their fears in Bushtucker trials, they’ll also have to adapt to their new home amongst the critters in the Australian jungle.
In 2008, the former model was the seventh person to be eliminated from the show with EastEnders’ Joe Swash being crowned the King.
Speaking about her experience down under, Nicola revealed many of her celebrity campmates avoided using the shower, although she didn’t mind for one particular reason.

Speaking to Daily Star, she confessed: “Honestly, a lot of the other people in camp barely washed for days.
“I get it, and I could have easily done that because of how freezing it was!
“But I was in there for a reason and I wanted to get the air time so I sucked it up and got right in there.”
Nicola’s risque shower scenes seemed to follow in the footsteps of Myleene Klass and her white bikini.

However, the mum-of-two shared she auditioned at the same time as the former popstar, although bosses decided to give the spot to Myleene due to her popularity.
She added: “She was probably a better option but she wasn’t great entertainment, was she?
“It was annoying watching her. Yes, she looked great in the shower but she didn’t really bring much.”
This year, the stars are being given the option to avoid freezing showers as they can take a bath with warm water by spinning a wooden wheel.
Heading into the Australian jungle this year includes the likes of Jamie Lynn Spears, Nigel Farage, Nick Pickard, Josie Gibson and Fred Sirieix.
Also heading down under is Nella Rose, Danielle Harold, Sam Thompson, Marvin Humes and Grace Dent.
Who will be crowned this year’s King or Queen of the jungle?
