Adele – Id love to have multiple kids – Im ready to step away from the limelight

As her relationship with Rich Paul heats up amid rumours they are engaged, it looks as though Adele has a case of baby fever.

The Grammy-winning star recently shared her hopes for another baby during a performance of her Weekends With Adele residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

“I really want to be a mum again soon,” Adele told her audience, adding that she’s already writing lists of potential baby names.

“Every time I see a name that I like, I write it down in my phone.”

While chatting to a fan in the audience, who was trying to decide on a name for her own new baby, the singer revealed she’s a fan of “boy names for girls”, and singled out the name Ray for a daughter. She added that Rich loves the name Parker.

Now a source has exclusively told new that although the 35-year-old hopes for a baby with Rich, she also wants to give 10-year-old Angelo, her son with ex-husband Simon Konecki, a sibling.

“Adele can’t wait to have more children,” they said.

“She’d ideally like to have more than just one baby and have a big family. She’d love to give a brother or sister to her boy so he’s not on his own.”

Our source also claims that a baby with Rich could be on the cards more quickly than fans might expect.

“She’s so in love with him and is very broody. She wants another baby to complete her family. They’re hoping to have multiple kids if they can.”

Rich, 41, who has three children from a previous relationship, has also expressed a desire for a bigger family and said he’s “really looking forward to being an older dad”.

The Someone Like You hitmaker went public about her relationship with the US sports agent in 2021, after splitting from Simon two years earlier.

Now she looks to have found her happily ever after as she said, “I’ve never been in love like this. I’m obsessed with him.”

And the singer sparked rumours of an engagement in 2022 after being spotted sporting a huge diamond on her ring finger.

This isn’t the first time Adele has been vocal about having another child. She announced during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show last year that she would love to welcome a bundle of joy in 2023.

“I want a baby next year,” she admitted. “I have plans next year. I have plans. Imagine if I have to cancel the shows because I’m having a baby.”

She has also shared her experiences of motherhood and said she has changed in “every single way” since having Angelo when she was 24.

Adele has said in the past that she “loves being a mum” as she’s a “homemaker” and that “a stable life helps me with my music”.

And it appears she could already be taking tips from close friends Victoria Beckham and Nicole Richie, who are said to live close to her £45 million Beverly Hills mansion.

“Adele has been spending a lot of time with the Beckhams in particular, and seeing [their daughter] Harper has made her really want a little girl,” said our source.

“She was very taken with her and would love a daughter like her. She can also see from Victoria’s example that even if you have a busy schedule and a big family, things still work out.”

However, as she dreams of baby number two, it’s no secret that Adele’s health has taken a turn for the worst recently.

She shocked fans when she told them that she’d collapsed moments before going on stage due to a debilitating nerve issue and a sciatica attack.

This could signal a move out of the limelight for the London-born singer to focus more on her family and relationship.

“She’s very aware of her contract in Vegas but she also knows that time is ticking,” our source continued. “Having a baby is something she really wants, though, and is always on her mind.”

And they claimed, “I think she’ll likely make that her priority and take a step back. I think work is going to become her second priority. As she plans for the baby, Adele doesn’t want any extra stress and is looking to create a calm environment around her.”

With her Vegas residency set to end in early November, it could be the perfect time for Adele to get nesting.

Let’s hope her dreams of a new arrival come true.
