For Axel Arigato, this year has been centered around community with its influx of events uniting different musicians, dancers and other culture enthusiasts across the globe. Of the brand’s long list of experiences and workshops, 2023 has seen it take over Paris’ Fête De La Musique, El Silencio in Ibiza and, in an effort to platform the next generation of talent in Berlin, a DJ academy with Refuge Worldwide.
Following what happened to be a busy summer for Axel Arigato with its unique European Summer Truck Tour, the brand worked to keep the energy alive, hosting 2 Nights In Paris at the back end of November. Continuing to use music as a connecting force, it used its successful Nights series to unite communities on the dance floors of the vibrant cultural city.
The Nights concept started life in London last year. Over three consecutive Thursday and Friday nights, the debut event invited guests to come together and enjoy a special curation of music from a number of local artists. The Nights franchise also touched down in Shanghai in September this year seeing the brand’s emerging community in China come together. For last month’s Paris installment, the brand took a similar approach, tailoring the music schedule to the French clubbing scene.
The event took place in a disused warehouse in the Montparnasse district which was designed to emulate the underground clubs that the region is known for. Upon bare brick walls, custom Axel Arigato neon lights were placed alongside strobe lighting rigs to create a gritty-yet-authentic atmosphere. Across both nights, the blue-lit dance floors filled up with around 800 guests who stopped by to see singer Ichon and rapper Niska amongst other local talent. 1 of 6

“We love creating moments of joy for our customers,” says Axel Arigato CEO Albin Johansson. “Our recent 2 Nights In Paris was such a great example of this – and an opportunity to thank our ever-growing community there.” Reflecting on the importance of community in the brand’s growth, creative director Max Svärdh adds, “Our community is at the forefront of everything we do. It’s so important to us to make sure we celebrate, support and champion them across the globe. When we think about products, parties, campaigns – everything – it’s designed with our community in mind.”
As it continues to nurture worldwide music scenes and its ever growing community, the brand is currently preparing to debut its AW24 collection at PFW in January. 2024 will also see the brand celebrate its 10 year anniversary with a slew of global activity and collaborations that will bring cutting-edge culture to its dedicated and growing community.
