EastEnders legend Ian Beale is going to drop a huge bombshell, the show's spoilers have revealed.
Ian has only been back on the Square for a week after he returned from France with Peter and Cindy Beale.
Since his arrival, he has been trying to support Cindy as she attempts to make things right with her daughters, Gina and Anna Knight, after nine years away from them.
As part of that, he has been trying to impress Nish Panesar, hoping that he will invest in his new restaurant, which will give Cindy something to impress her girls.
On Wednesday, 6 September, viewers watched as Ian failed to impress Nish and his wife, Suki Panesar when he invited them for dinner, but Cindy managed to catch up with them later and rescue any chance of a deal.
In the episode which will air on Thursday, 7 October, Ian once again looks to showcase his skills to Nish, as he invites him to the cafe for a taster menu, but he doesn't have a plan, so he ropes in Alfie Moon for help.
However, it goes wrong when Nish rearranges, but he ends up having a heart-to-heart with Alfie about his current insecurities.
Ian also opens up about his concerns about any potential relationship between his son Bobby Beale and Cindy's daughter Anna.
Looking to put his concerns to bed, Alfie tells Ian about Anna sleeping with Bobby's best pal, Freddie Slater, last week, and Ian promises to keep it a secret.
As the episode continues, Ian is in the Queen Vic, and he clashes with Cindy's ex, George Knight, and that leads him to blurting out that Anna and Freddie slept together as Bobby and Cindy watch on.
How will Bobby and Cindy react to him shouting about it in the pub?
Elsewhere in Walford, it is the day after Reiss Colwell and Sonia Fowler went to their first fertility appointment.
At the appointment, Reiss found the whole experience overwhelming, but with the help of Sonia, he managed to go through with it.
Tonight, he has a run-in at the laundrette with Karen Taylor, where she finds out that he can't have children.
The run-in leaves Reiss upset, and that only intensifies when the news becomes the talk of the town.
However, Sonia is on hand to comfort him, as she tries to reassure him.
