BBC Breakfast chaos as hosts forced to leave studio – with building evacuated

BBC Breakfast was thrown into chaos on Friday morning (November 24) when its hosts were rushed out of the building because of an evacuation.

Fans were left wondering what had happened when the show was dramatically pulled from air and replaced with BBC News for several minutes. Hosts Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt were forced to leave the studio.

Luckily, all seemed okay as they returned to the red sofa. Naga said: "You're returning to BBC Breakfast. Apologies, we had an evacuation in the building, but we are back now with you to keep you up to date with the latest in the news."
