Megan admitted she was doing a glamour photoshoot when she met another woman who was in an open relationship.
She ended up hooking up with the fellow model – and her boyfriend.
Megan told the Private Parts podcast: "And then I went and had a glamour photoshoot in the south of France and a woman was shooting me.
"She was hot and we were doing this sexy lingerie shoot together and it got a bit heated!
"When we got back to London, she was like, ‘I’ve got a boyfriend. But it’s an open relationship’. So, I started seeing them as a couple."
